Horace | menswear, womenswear
Horace is a team of fashion, textile and illustration designers — Adam Entwisle, Emma Hales and Philip Grisewood. Since its inception in 2002 Horace’s collection has progressed from a small project of friends doing what they love, to an international brand sold in some of the world’s most progressive stores across the world.
Prompted by Nicola Formichetti after working on his last show, Entwisle spent some time in Bali finding new ways of working. Hales joined him taking on board her unique understated fashion styles, with Grisewood joining as a contributor in 2007.
The diverse fashion and illustration perspectives of Entwisle, Hales and Grisewood created a monochromatic unisex line of clothing, depicting the ordinary but with a sense of vivid imagination. Classic Horace would be described as distressed hand washed leather pieces with the best jersey and t-shirt separates you could ever choose to wear.
